Been coming here since it opened and always had a great experience. But last week I was there now I'm being told that on top of me paying the money I pay for mvps u charge an extra $5-$10 to use the shaper shaver for my fade. Needless to say that I'm not happy about it. If I'm paying the kind of money I am for the haircut I feel that the shapershaver shouldnt cost more since technically my haircut is complete till it's right. So I will no long be coming back. I'll pay the money for a real barber shop where I know they wont charge extra to get my sides down as low as I get it. Thank u sports clip it's been good while it lasted.

Stopped in on my way home after work tonight at about 6 PM. The app said a 26 min wait. I checked in at the counter, selected first available and was seated for a haircut after waiting about 5 to 10 minutes. I opted for the MVP, the little extras go a long way after sitting 8 hrs in a cube plus another 1.5 on the road driving home. Izzy cut my hair and did a great job with minimal instruction, a great cut on the first try, the MVP amenities, little if any wait... 5 star experience all around. They were starting to fill up as I left... my advice is to avoid the week night closing time rush if you can.

OMG I have never waited for over 2-1/2 hours for a haircut in my life, even at the fine salons much less a walk-in men's shop!!! I tried to check in online but it kept telling me the wait time was 0 minutes and asking if I wanted to continue. Three times it did this even when I clicked yes. It wouldn't let me sign in. When it said no wait we went straight there from another store right next door only to see a lobby full. The person who greeted us asked if we had checked in online and I told her we tried and what happened. She said "sometimes the app messes up" and turned away. Thanks for nothing. We signed in but others who were apparently able to use the glitchy app kept coming in. We checked in a little before noon and we are still here almost 3 hours later bc it keeps looking like we're near the top...but then we're not. And there is NO hustle today. Stylists strolling around doing busy work with towels while everyone waits. Taking forever between clients to straighten their station...s-l-o-w-l-y. At least make it LOOK like you know we're waiting. We love the stylists here but we will NOT come back without being able to check in online. Definitely needed more people working. If app isn't working we will go elsewhere. This is ridiculously frustrating. The only reason we stayed was bc my son loves Chelsea and she has limited days and hours. Otherwise you would have lost us as customers today with this app that basically held us hostage. Very disappointed.
