Nice mens salon just a little pricey but good service

the app is a complete waste of time. Signed in at home and said it was a 15 minute wait. Got there and signed in and it said ON DECK. Look back up and see it now says 31 minute wait. Ask Kayla why and she said this customer decided to change to me for their cut. So because they change their mind we get bumped?
